Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of ServiceNow solutions for federal projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will work remotely to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability while mentoring a team and driving successful implementations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts
• Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs
