Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will work remotely to develop, customize, and deploy applications for federal government projects while ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and create complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts
• Mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient solution delivery

Required qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs
