Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting federal clients with modern web technologies, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, and implement custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow while working remotely during EST hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop baseline and custom applications in ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to design and development standards
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide architectural input for system enhancements
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development work and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite of tools, including Service Catalog and Incident Management
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, and ITIL/ITSM practices
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project teams and system/software engineering lifecycle principles
