Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior ServiceNow Developer will focus on implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, specifically in the areas of Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow solutions related to SPM and CMDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of ServiceNow applications
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of ServiceNow functionalities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow, particularly in SPM and CMDB modules
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles
• Experience in software development and system integration
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow are preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
