Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions for federal clients while ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM and HRSD
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow configurations and custom development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with agency mission goals and oversee unit testing and performance tuning

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM tool implementation and ServiceNow development
• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
• ITIL Foundations Certification and ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong expertise in scripting and integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
