Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support a large-scale ServiceNow transformation for a global life sciences organization, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & ITOM) will design, develop, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and ITOM capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows across ITSM and ITOM modules
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise platforms using REST APIs and other technologies
• Collaborate with Enterprise Platform teams to ensure solutions align with architecture standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large enterprise environments
• Strong experience with ITSM and ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development best practices
• Experience with MID Server architecture and integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred
