Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support federal government projects, the full-time remote Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security while leading a team in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, manage complex workflows, and create custom widgets for the Service Portal
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring efficient solution delivery and best practices

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs
