Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting federal clients with modern web technologies, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, develop, and implement custom applications in ServiceNow while ensuring platform stability and best practices in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide architectural input
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development work and facilitate application rollouts

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite of tools
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated competency in IT Service Management and Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles and large data set analysis
