Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

As a critical contributor in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will design and implement innovative features on the ServiceNow low-code platform, enhance applications, and collaborate within an Agile team to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new features utilizing the ServiceNow low-code platform based on the prioritized product backlog
• Manage service requests and data flows, ensuring effective communication between customers and support teams
• Participate in Agile meetings, including User Story grooming and Sprint Planning, while delivering presentations during Sprint demos

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of professional experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem, including project implementations in an Agile framework
• 3+ years specializing in multiple ServiceNow offerings such as ITBM, CSM, and ITSM
• Extensive experience in creating and managing complex integrations like SOAP, REST, and LDAP
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist credentials
