Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Supporting federal clients with modern web technologies, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement baseline and custom applications in ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to development standards
• Collaborate with business and technical partners to gather requirements and advise on best practices
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development work and facilitate the rollout of new applications and enhancements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite of tools, including Service Catalog and Incident Management
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with IT Service Management and Agile/Scrum project teams
• Competency in system/software engineering lifecycle principles and data analysis/modeling
