Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator for a remote contract position, the successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate business processes and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
- Develop custom scoped applications and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog
- Build and maintain REST API integrations and automate workflows using Flow Designer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Developer/Administrator experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and enterprise-scale environments
- Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
- Experience developing custom ServiceNow scoped applications and REST API integrations
