Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Leading ongoing platform enhancements and solution implementations, the remote contract Senior ServiceNow Developer will drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentor developers, and design robust solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical design, custom application development, and workflow automation across ServiceNow modules
- Conduct code reviews, establish release management procedures, and mentor junior and mid-level development staff
- Partner with stakeholders to gather system requirements, build integration pipelines, and maintain platform documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years leading software development projects and mentoring technical teams
- Hands-on development expertise in HAM, CMDB, CSM, and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, GLIDE, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, and custom application design
- Must be local to the Washington, DC/DMV area and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to start
