Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including forms, workflows, scripts, and integrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training to end-users on ServiceNow functionality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• 4+ years as a key resource for large scale ITSM and/or ITOM/ITAM solutions
• Good knowledge of third-party integrations with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certifications and/or experience in Service Mapping, Event Management, ITAM, and Portal are a plus
• Ability to work under technical leadership to develop complex solutions
