Job Summary

Senior ServiceNow Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects in a full-time remote role, requiring technical expertise and leadership in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring best practices for solution delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
