Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time remote Senior ServiceNow Engineer will develop and enhance ServiceNow applications while ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Portal, while creating complex workflows and automation scripts
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical oversight and guidance for efficient solution delivery

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Proven ability to lead development teams in Agile environments
