Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will work remotely to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability while mentoring a team and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows using JavaScript and Flow Designer
• Mentor a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Proven ability to lead development teams in Agile environments
