Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will ensure optimal performance and security while mentoring a team and collaborating with stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows using JavaScript and other scripting languages
• Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring efficient solution delivery and adherence to best practices

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
