Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior ServiceNow Engineer, the candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, aligning with business requirements and best practices
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules, creating complex workflows and automation scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript
• Mentor a team of ServiceNow developers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
