Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will develop and enhance applications while ensuring optimal performance and security in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Portal
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical oversight and best practices for solution delivery

Required qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal Development, including widget customization and UI scripting
