Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer, the candidate will design, develop, and support scalable solutions within the ServiceNow environment, focusing on custom applications, integrations, and workflow automation while collaborating with business units and technical teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a ServiceNow solution architect, defining requirements and identifying scalable platform solutions
• Lead discovery and design discussions to understand current processes and recommend best-practice solutions
• Build and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and custom applications while troubleshooting production issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow process design, platform architecture, and configuration standards
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, automation, and integrations
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator preferred; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
