Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

To support federal government projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions remotely, ensuring optimal performance and security while leading a team in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal Development, including widget customization and UI scripting
