Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the successful implementation of ServiceNow applications for federal government projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will design, develop, and deploy solutions remotely, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability while leading a team in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical oversight and guidance for efficient solution delivery

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs
