Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the development and automation of ServiceNow solutions, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will architect and customize applications while collaborating with global teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows using JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Build and maintain automation test frameworks to ensure product quality and reliability
• Manage the full ServiceNow development lifecycle, including update sets and seamless deployments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in software development and quality assurance, with 4+ years on the ServiceNow platform
• Advanced skills in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript and Flow Designer
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and related testing tools
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and Discovery
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
