Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the successful implementation of ServiceNow applications for federal government projects, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will design, develop, and deploy solutions while ensuring optimal performance and security in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows and automation scripts
• Mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical oversight and guidance for efficient solution delivery

Required qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
