Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Engineer will design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB, integrations, and annual platform upgrades in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, test, and execute annual ServiceNow upgrades while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Utilize strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development frameworks to support both on-premises and cloud environments
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and JavaScript, while maintaining software functionality and documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in ServiceNow development and support
- Proven expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and integration technologies
- Familiarity with additional programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash is a plus
