Senior ServiceNow GRC Architect

Job Summary

To support the Cyber Risk Operations group, the contract Senior ServiceNow GRC Solution Architect will work remotely to architect and build an enterprise Cyber Security Risk Register within the ServiceNow GRC/IRM module, translating complex cyber risk management requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Cyber Risk Register within ServiceNow GRC/IRM
• Translate business and cyber risk requirements into standardized workflows for risk management processes
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment of ServiceNow architecture with enterprise risk strategy

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in Cyber Risk Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
• Proven experience architecting and configuring ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8-15+ years in IT/Cybersecurity, including 2-5+ years in GRC operations or security risk architecture
• Working knowledge of NIST control frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
