Key Responsibilities

Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements
Lead the implementation of GRC solutions, including workflows, forms, and reports
Integrate ServiceNow GRC modules with other systems to ensure seamless data flow

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer with a focus on GRC modules
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting and data integration
Extensive knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and Rest URLs
Proficient with JavaScript, XML, JSON, and Java
