Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business consultants and provide technical oversight to the implementation team

Lead workshops and execute discovery runs for ITOM and ITAM functionalities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow technical experience
Current certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery, Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM
Advanced skill in configuring and supporting ServiceNow
Experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
Strong ITIL methodology competency
