Senior ServiceNow Performance Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support a high-visibility ServiceNow environment, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Performance Analytics Engineer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting, dashboards, and KPI measurement solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions
• Create and manage KPI reporting focused on operational metrics and trends
• Analyze ServiceNow data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics development
• Advanced SQL skills for backend data analysis and reporting validation
• Experience building interactive dashboards and KPI tracking solutions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
