Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of ServiceNow platform upgrades and manage instance cloning
Design and implement high-quality solutions using Scoped Applications and support version-controlled deployments
Conduct advanced Root Cause Analysis and lead debugging of complex integrations

Required Qualifications and Skills

3-5+ years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience
Expert-level understanding of Scoped App architecture and ServiceNow Studio
Strong experience with Application Repository, update sets, and multi-instance deployments
Proficiency with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP Web Services
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and other relevant certifications
