Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of ServiceNow platform upgrades and manage instance cloning
Design and implement solutions using Scoped Applications and support version-controlled deployments
Conduct advanced Root Cause Analysis and lead debugging of complex integrations

Required Qualifications and Skills

3-5+ years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience
Expertise in leading platform upgrade cycles and using ServiceNow troubleshooting tools
Strong understanding of Scoped App architecture and release engineering practices
Proficiency with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP Web Services, and enterprise authentication methods
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and other relevant certifications
