Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead platform upgrades and manage instance cloning and governance
Design and implement solutions using Scoped Applications and support version-controlled deployments
Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of platform performance issues and integrations

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience
Expertise in ServiceNow troubleshooting tools and Scoped App architecture
Strong experience with Application Repository, update sets, and multi-instance deployments
Proficiency in IntegrationHub and enterprise authentication methods
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required
