Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead the administration and operational health of a large-scale DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple ServiceNow instances, including upgrades and instance cloning activities
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the administration team and participate in the Change Advisory Board
• Oversee the implementation of integrations and develop technical solutions while ensuring compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's Degree may substitute for 5 years of experience
• Must meet DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirements and obtain IAT Level II certification within 60 days of hire
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Advanced experience in ServiceNow platform administration with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in complex environments
• Experience in managing platform upgrades and instance cloning in a complex SDLC pipeline
