Leading high-impact ServiceNow implementations, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Project Manager will manage multiple complex projects remotely, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations while fostering collaboration across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of multiple concurrent ServiceNow implementation projects, proactively identifying risks and establishing mitigation strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize operational processes and maintain programmatic documentation
Required Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Agile or Scrum Master certification
- Three to five years of experience leading complex IT projects in high-growth environments
- One to three years of ServiceNow project management experience with a record of successful implementations
- Strong financial-management capabilities, including budget tracking and SOW management
