Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a (Senior) ServiceNow Solution Architect focusing on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation for all ServiceNow HRSD related topics
• Document platform/solution design and analyze the impact of new requirements
• Ensure adherence to best practices and consult stakeholders while driving platform improvements

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in information technology or business administration
• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, particularly with the HRSD module
• Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integration architecture
• Experience in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT projects
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in IT projects within the healthcare industry
