Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer will design, configure, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow SPM platform while supporting enhancement requests and troubleshooting issues across core modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance solutions aligned with enterprise standards on the ServiceNow SPM platform
• Support enhancement requests and resolve break/fix issues across core SPM modules, including resource management and project portfolio management
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure successful delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM, including resource management and project portfolio management
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations and troubleshooting data flows
• Strong development and configuration expertise, including customizations and workflow refinement
