Job Summary
To support IT governance and operational execution, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Technical Analyst will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with best practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM workflows, service portals, and asset management
- Own the technical delivery process from requirements refinement to post-release stabilization
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience with configuration and development across core ITSM capabilities
- Knowledge of platform operations practices, including upgrades and operational reporting
- Strong understanding of integration engineering using API-based patterns
