Senior ServiceNow Technology Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance the Technology Asset Management ecosystem, the full-time FLEX Senior ServiceNow Technology Analyst will manage the end-to-end architecture, design, and technical governance of ServiceNow capabilities for Software and Hardware Asset Management, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and integration with enterprise systems while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the domain architecture and technical design for ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro within TAM
- Serve as the technical authority for ITAM domain architecture and integrations
- Design scalable solutions that support the full asset lifecycle and ensure alignment with CMDB standards
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or architecting SAM Pro and/or HAM Pro
- Strong experience with CMDB architecture and CSDM
- Experience integrating endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM
- Working knowledge of software licensing models and hardware lifecycle management
