Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Services Advisor to join their Account Management team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to understand workflows and processes
Design professional services project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs)
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Data, and Solution Services to ensure seamless project execution

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, managing complex software implementations
5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of agency workflows
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to visualize complex projects and create actionable implementation plans
Familiarity with Applied products is a significant plus
