Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Services Solutions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and sales teams to gather service requirements and propose solutions
• Develop and present statements of work (SOWs) and proposals, identifying revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs and manage services-only opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a technology environment, preferably in services, sales, or customer success; 3 years in a SaaS business
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales opportunities
• Prior Professional Services experience or knowledge of validated environments is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 10%
