Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Settlement Analyst to manage reconciliation processes and oversee an offshore team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of settlement accounts
Oversee and coordinate with a 4-member offshore team
Investigate and resolve mismatches in large volumes of financial data

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of accounting and reconciliation experience
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
Experience with high-volume financial data
Offshore/remote team management or coordination experience
Background in financial services, fintech, or payment processing is a plus
