Senior Settlements Associate

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end execution of settlement processes, the full-time Senior Settlements Associate will ensure operational efficiency and system integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling complex queries in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute all settlement-related processes, including creation, maintenance, and authorizations using CRM and Settlement Systems
• Collaborate with internal and customer-facing teams to address queries and monitor system health, raising tickets as necessary
• Document internal procedures, assist with new project implementations, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for the Settlements Team

Required qualifications

• A-Level qualification or higher
• A Diploma in Banking is considered an asset
• Experience in payments, money remittance, or similar financial environments
• Familiarity with payment types such as SWIFT, SEPA, and TARGET
• Banking industry experience is beneficial
