Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Setup & Maintenance Service Representative to join their Retirement Plan Solutions Team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete onboarding processes for plans converting to the company, ensuring accurate and timely retirement implementations
  • Review implementation notes and documents, set up retirement plans in appropriate systems, and maintain necessary updates
  • Provide customer service to internal/external stakeholders, monitor team email, and address inquiries as required


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3-5+ years of client customer support and operations experience, or 0-1+ years with an associate degree plus relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of production
  • Experience in retirement plan operations is preferred
