Senior SFMC Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior SFMC Consultant will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions while collaborating with clients to gather requirements and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and define business requirements from clients and end users to develop user stories and process flows
• Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, ensuring solutions meet business needs and project specifications
• Collaborate with developers and participate in key client meetings, including requirement sessions and user acceptance testing

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud implementations
• Strong knowledge of best practices for Marketing Cloud projects
• Experience documenting user stories and creating process flow diagrams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency is preferred
