Senior SharePoint Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applications/System Analyst (SharePoint).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries from VA users and oversee business automation processes
• Manage site content and ensure it remains current and visually appealing
• Document responses and resolutions for inquiries before closing tickets

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with tools for site creation, management, and development
• Expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Office 365 Integration
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent plus 5 years of experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Business Process Management and data analytics
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
