Job Summary

Supporting a high volume of enterprise-wide inquiries, the full-time Senior SharePoint Support Analyst will provide customer service and end-user support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 within the VA environment, focusing on user training, issue resolution, and best practice adoption remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide enterprise-wide support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 users, addressing high-volume technical inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer support focused on issue resolution and a positive end-user experience
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles, user guides, and support documentation while training end users on best practices
Required qualifications
  • Five (5)+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, SharePoint administration, or enterprise SaaS support
  • Strong experience supporting SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 environments
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM/ticketing systems
  • Demonstrated strength in customer service and user support
  • Ability to develop user-friendly documentation and training materials
