Senior SharePoint Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing enterprise-wide support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 users, the full-time Senior SharePoint Systems Analyst will manage technical inquiries, deliver exceptional customer support, and collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for SharePoint functionality, file management, permissions, and workflows
• Troubleshoot and document application and integration issues while creating user guides and knowledge articles
• Train end users on SharePoint best practices and manage incidents using ITSM platforms like ServiceNow

Required qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, or SharePoint administration
• Strong experience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM/ticketing systems
• Ability to create technical documentation and user-facing support content
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent, plus 5 years of experience
