Senior Shopify Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple Shopify and eCommerce projects, the freelance Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager will lead project delivery, oversee client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment during CET hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing proactive communication and leading review calls
• Facilitate team meetings, allocate tasks, and support junior members while maintaining operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, or digital agency operations
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
