Senior Shopify Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing eCommerce-focused digital agency, the remote Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager will manage multiple Shopify projects, oversee client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams while working within CET hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates and leading review calls to foster long-term relationships
• Facilitate team coordination, allocate tasks, and conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, or digital agency operations within Shopify or eCommerce environments
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows
• Proficiency in using project management platforms such as Asana
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
