Senior Shopify Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead project delivery and manage client relationships, the fully remote Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager will oversee multiple Shopify and eCommerce projects, coordinating cross-functional teams while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and leading review calls
• Facilitate team meetings, allocate tasks, and support junior team members while ensuring adherence to agency standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, or digital agency operations
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
